Knoll Style 3 Seater Sofa

The Florence Knoll 3 Seater Sofa, was designed in 1954 by the American designer of the same name. This mid century modern sofa was designed as part of the seating series that included an armchair, sofas and a daybed.

Influenced by Mies van der Rohe, Eliel Saarinen and the Bauhaus school, Florence Knoll (nee Schust) aimed to create furniture that could fit in any environment.

It was an design aim that she brilliantly realised. As a result the Florence Knoll Sofa, with its simple linear lines and high-quality construction, is an excellent addition to any contemporary lounge or office. The Knoll sofa is a classic example of modern minimalist furniture design.
